To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise - please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees of any kind.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Madison Brooklyn - you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a P.O. Box.
IF YOUR ORDER IS MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONE OF THEM IS OUT OF STOCK - WE WILL GO AHEAD AND SHIP THE REST OF YOUR ORDER ISSUING STORE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM (S) NOT IN STOCK.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add customercare@madisonbrooklyn.com to your address book. Madison Brooklyn is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered to your designated shipping address. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking status once you received tracking number from Madison Brooklyn. We also recommend that you work with your local carrier to have your packages delivered to a secure location at your delivery site in the event that you will not be available on the date of delivery. Madison Brooklyn does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail on all Domestic orders totaling $75 or more. Orders sent by USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 3-5 business days. No FREE shipping on international orders.

As a service to our men and women in the Armed Forces, Madison Brooklyn will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail®. Because these are government addresses and therefore must be shipped using this method. Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Madison Brooklyn is happy to serve our international customers by offering a flat rate for shipping and handling to most destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based on several factors including total price of items, the weight of the package and its destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
