RETURN + EXCHANGE

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. Madison Brooklyn will not accept any returns after 14 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant or wear) with all Madison Brooklyn product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Madison Brooklyn is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

EXCHANGES:

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Credit for your returned merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed - you'll be issued store credit in the form of e-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This includes any orders that are returned/refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

CANCELLING ORDERS:

Request to cancel pending orders will result in store credit in the form of an e-gift card via email.

NO RETURN/EXHANGE:

Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, lingerie, bralettes, grooming/make-up products, beauty tools and e-gift cards are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. Items prices ending in $.00, .96, .97 and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
